MetLife Europe d.a.c., multinazionale assicurativa, è alla ricerca per il Dipartimento Sales “Direct to Consumer” di un Telemarketing Specialist. Desideriamo incontrare candidati che abbiano ricoperto posizioni analoghe all’interno di società di contact center, oppure all’interno di società bancarie/finanziarie o assicurative preferibilmente nell’ambito di ruoli commerciali o di gestione del Customer Care. Il Telemarketing Specialist ha il compito di gestire l’attività dei call-center esterni, attraverso il presidio costante dei cantieri di lavoro in outsourcing.

ATTIVITÀ

  • Gestire l’attività dei contact center esterni, attraverso il presidio costante degli stessi.
  • Assicurare la corretta esecuzione delle Campagne di Telemarketing attraverso il costante presidio dei contact center.
  • Verificare l’andamento dei KPIs, tramite analisi dei dati e della reportistica prodotta.
  • Massimizzare il potenziale dell’attività commerciale svolta dai contact center.
  • Supportare la definizione del materiale e degli strumenti a supporto dell’attività di vendita.
  • Erogare la formazione sui prodotti da collocare.
  • Assicurare che l’evoluzione normativa di settore sia prontamente recepita dai contact center sulla base delle istruzioni fornite dal Legal & Compliance Department.
  • Verificare che l’attività svolta dai contact center sia perfettamente conforme alle istruzioni fornite da MetLife e nel pieno rispetto degli SLA, compresa la verifica della tempistica e della correttezza dei report prodotti dai contact center.
  • Documentare e salvare le evidenze dei Controlli periodici previsti.
  • Mantenere costantemente aggiornato l’archivio della documentazione e istruzioni fornite ai contact center, relative al processo di vendita, agli aspetti normativi, nonché dei requisiti IT delle Campagne.
  • Partecipazione alla validazione dei Test per il lancio di nuovi Prodotti/Campagne e/o nuove funzionalità degli applicativi informatici dei contact center fino al post go-live.

 

TITOLI DI STUDIO, ESPERIENZE E COMPETENZE TECNICHE

  • Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e commerciali.
  • Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi con forte orientamento al risultato.
  • Elevata capacità di analisi, creazione, sviluppo e gestione di strumenti di monitoraggio dei KPI.
  • Capacità di pianificazione, controllo e reporting.
  • Attitudine al problem solving.
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici (pacchetto Office in particolare Excel e Power Point).
  • Propensione a lavorare in gruppo.

La risorsa si occuperà di eseguire le verifiche di conformità di primo livello presso le reti di distribuzione dei prodotti assicurativi con principale focus sulle reti di agenti, subagenti e broker.

 

In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà di:

  • definire  ed eseguire il piano di controlli di primo livello e le relative checklist, in linea con il piano e le checklist in conformità con le normative;
  • lavorare con il business e la compliance per elaborare piani di rimedio su eventuali situazioni di non conformità identificate;
  • interagire direttamente con gli intermediari;
  • produrre output dei controlli;
  • coordinare due risorse. 

 

ESPERIENZA

  • Almeno 5/7 anni in un ruolo di ispezione amministrativa di agenti e broker assicurativi effettuata per conto di una Compagnia Assicurativa o di un broker o agente di primario standing con esteso portafoglio polizze e rete distributiva strutturata
  • Gestione di risorse da almeno 2/3 anni

 

PREPARAZIONE

  • Laurea in Economia e Commercio/Giurisprudenza
  • Conoscenza della disciplina in materia di distribuzione e trasparenza dei prodotti assicurativi
  • Conoscenza delle regole relative alle strutture remunerative di reti di agenti e broker

Job Location -  Milan

Context:

This position will be part of the IT Infrastructure team of MetlLife Italy reporting to the Infrastructure Lead based in Rome.

The candidate will collaborate with the rest of team based in Rome and with other colleagues in the MetLife EMEA cluster in the management of the IT Infrastructure both local (networking\storage equipment) and remote (outsourced data center services) adhering to company standards and best practices. The candidate will be also member of projects for the adoption of new technology, new corporate software solutions etc..

The candidate will act as a supervisor of outsourced help desk services in the Milan office (30 users)

DUTIES

  • Monitor/Troubleshot/Upgrade IT infrastructure.
  • End users IT assets (laptop, smartphone,…) management
  • Use the ticketing system and other corporate tools for incident and request management.
  • Adhere to company safety and security policies/procedures collaborating with rest of the IT Infra team.
  • Coordinate on site IT junior resources, vendors, etc..  


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 4 years working with Microsoft solutions and back-office systems
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with LAN,WAN, VPN network infrastructure 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working on an enterprise level operations team
  • Minimum of 2 years working on and managing IT Projects
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

The purpose of the job of Legal Counsel is to provide legal services for MetLife Europe in all areas and activities, including:

  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts
  • Monitoring and advising on legal and regulatory change affecting the business
  • Provision of accurate, prompt and relevant legal advice counsel to internal business stakeholders across a wide range of legal matters
  • Litigation management and reporting
  • Supporting the Complaints Department in handling the most relevant compliants
  • Undertaking legal research and monitoring changes in legislation

  • Supporting on project work to ensure smooth delivery of legal deliverables
  • Advising on aspects of privacy laws and impact on the business, with support from the data privacy office and lawyers specialising in privacy matters

  • Minimise exposure to legal risk, including the identification, management and reporting of activities or transactions that could expose MetLife to material legal risks

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant post qualification experience in private or in-house practice in insurance/financial sector
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in general corporate legal and regulatory matters, commercial law, insurance law, insurance/financial services regulation, privacy law.
  • Proven background of building collaborative partnerships and maintaining internal and external stakeholder trust and confidence with outstanding communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and utilisation of these skills in advising / influencing senior level executives and team members at a local and at a wider group level
  • Excellent understanding of the Italian and European legal environment and trends
  • Ability to work under pressure

Preferred:

  • Experience in a multi-national and cross border insurance or financial services company is a distinct advantage.

Job Title:            Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Data Scientist to become part of the Product Team and work with the existing Data Experts in EMEA, to support in the construction of an easily exploitable data environment, to perform portfolio data analysis, statistical analysis and predictive modelling.

Attività

  • Regularly extract data from different data sources (including web), structured data (classic database: SQL, Oracle, Cloud ....)
  • Data cleansing and understanding, check coherence of data available, highlight potential issues with data, format, or information changes.
  • Build, enhance, and keep the data environment up to date.
  • Choose and apply the segmentation, prediction and scoring algorithms appropriate for each problem (reporting, customer profiling, appetite score ...)
  • Support development and enhancement of experience analysis programs or statistical models for the applications in insurance industry (mortality, morbidity, persistency, etc.) for internal use.

  • Knowledge of actuarial concepts including mortality, morbidity, persistency.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • The ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner.
  • Very good level in statistical analysis and in predictive models
  • Fluent English, oral and written.

Preferred/Desiderable:

  • Master’s degree in data science, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related field
